At MolesKectch, we are committed to delivering your carefully selected writing instruments, premium paper, notebooks, and office organization products to you reliably and efficiently. This policy outlines our standard shipping procedures.

Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one Standard Shipping method for all orders. All items are processed and prepared for shipment from our warehouse within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email will contain your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.

Shipping Destinations & Timeframes

We ship internationally to most countries. The estimated delivery timeframe for Standard Shipping is 7-20 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your items, as well as the delivery destination. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The final shipping charge will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please use the tracking link in that email or visit the carrier's website directly.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to MolesKectch. We cannot predict or control these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for orders lost or significantly delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you via email to arrange re-shipment, which may incur additional shipping fees.
